MAY 23: “Dog’s Night Out” at the Kansas City Wizards! Paw Prints is excited to be partnering with the KC Wizards for the second time to bring back an event that was so successful in 2006. Wizards Fans will be allowed to bring their dogs into the stadium this evening to enjoy a wide variety of activities and the game between the Wizards and Chivas USA. Dog/owner ticket package is just $30 (Dogs and owners will sit on the grass berm at the stadium). A portion of the ticket proceeds will go to benefit Kansas City area animal shelters. Local pet businesses will be on hand to showcase their products and services throughout the game under the “Big Dog Tent.” Gary Lezak of KSHB TV and Paw Prints will be on hand to help judge the “Best Wizards Themed Dog Outfit” contest prior to the game and will help present the winners at halftime! Frisbee Dogs will be performing at halftime. All the benefiting charities will be on hand to help folks learn how they can help homeless pets in Kansas City.
