MARCH 22: The Pet Connection is holding a walk-in vaccination and microchip clinic from 2pm-5pm at Brookside Barkery & Bath (14040 W 119th St., Olathe, KS 66062). Rabies shots ($10), parvo shots (da2pp) for ($10), and microchips ($25). No appointment necessary.

MARCH 26: American Red Cross Pet First Aid/CPR Instruction. 6:00 -9:00 pm at North Kansas City Hospital; sponsored by Excelsior Springs Friends of Animals Rescue. Cost $30 in advance includes manual (cat or dog) MUST pre register by calling Marilyn 816-838-7490, email info@esfoa.org or mail a check for $30 payable to American Red Cross to ESFOA, PO Box 661, Excelsior Springs MO 64024; include your name, address and phone to register. American Red Cross First aid kits will be available for purchase. Class will fill quickly so email or right away. All ages welcome.
